MATERIALS
Tail 1 chicken, cut into 12
sections.
1 tablespoon lime juice.
3 bay leaves.
2 stalks lemon grass, take
the white, crushed.
2 cm ginger, crushed.
5 lime leaves.
1 liter of milk, from 2
coconuts.
1 tablespoon tamarind juice
of Java.
3 tablespoons fried onions,
to spread.
3. Tablespoon oil, for
sauteing.
Salt to taste.
Blend:
6 Fruit red onion.
3 cloves garlic.
3 candle nut, toasted.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1 teaspoon pepper.
Salt to taste.
1 tablespoon coriander,
toasted.
Complement:
lontong or diamond, to taste.
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Wash the chicken, coat
with lemon juice and salt, stir
until smooth, set aside 30
minutes, wash, drain.
2. Heat oil and fry until
fragrant spices finely.
3. Enter the chicken, bay
leaves, lemon grass, ginger
and lime leaves. Stir until the
color changes.
4. Add tamarind juice of Java.
Cook until the chicken is
cooked, lift.
5. A moment will be
presented, reheat the
chicken, and pour the
coconut water.
6. Lift, sprinkle fried onions.
Serve with a complement.
