GRILLED GOAT

MATERIALS FOR GOAT roll:
1 lamb's tail was large,
discard the head, feet,
innards and skin.
1 / 4 kg of roasted and
crushed coriander.
Nutmeg 1 teaspoon finely.
1 tablespoon ground pepper.
1 / 4 kg of mashed garlic.
2 tablespoons salt.
1 bottle of soy sauce.
150 gr brown sugar.
100 ml cooking oil.
English 250 ml soy sauce.
MATERIAL sauce:
1 / 2 bottle soy sauce
200 gr onions cut into pieces
1 / 2 kg tomatoes cut small
squares
1 / 4 kg chopped green chilli
Lime fruit 10
30 pieces of orange leaves
thick stems removed (middle)
finely chopped.
HOW TO MAKE
1. mix all seasoning
ingredients together, mix
well right.
2. Coat the entire surface of
the goats and in goats with a
mixture of spices to mix, let
stand for one hour to allow
the flavors to infuse.
3. Grilled lamb on the coals
with a distance of 40 cm
